Hi, I’m Rusty — a designer, storyteller and creative leader from Chicago, IL

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked with mission-driven brands of all sizes to craft creative strategies that resonate with their audiences and drive growth. I thrive when distilling complex inputs into thoughtful (and delightful!) ideas, systems and narratives.

Currently I work on the Brand Experience team at Oscar Health, where I lead creative strategy and execution for multi-channel campaigns and identity systems. I work closely with our internal team and a handful of creative studios to build the brand.

I'm known for bringing clarity and structure to challenging projects, finding unexpected solutions, and telling the story of how we got there.
